Adebanji is the Partner coordinating our Corporate Governance, Foreign Investments and Alternative to Dispute Resolutions (ADR) areas of practice. He is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with many years standing. He obtained LL.B., LL.M., and MBA (Corporate Social Responsibility) degrees from University of Ibadan, Nigeria, Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Chicago, U.S.A., and Nottingham University Business School, Nottingham, United Kingdom, respectively.

He has variously worked with law firms in United States of America and Nigeria. He founded and managed Dignity Law Firm for years prior to coming together to form Greenbridge Partners with others of like mind. Through the years, he has honed his lawyering skills and gained robust experience in complex international transactions, corporate governance, negotiation, creative problem solving, compliance, litigation, and arbitration. Banji has bias and great expertise in the following areas of practice: Company law and corporate governance, Arbitration, Telecoms and Internet Policies, Banking and Insurance, Tax, Regulatory and Compliance, Immigration, Will and Estate Planning, Consumer protection, Tobacco Control, Health Law and Policy, Intellectual Property, Oil & Gas, Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility.

In addition to his legal, leadership and business management expertise, Banji is also an ICT expert with interest in Electronic Medical Record, Security and Privacy, and Governance Risk & Compliance. He served meritoriously on both Economic Development Commission and Cultural Awareness Commission, Village of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, USA and currently serves on the boards of for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
