Ismaeel is our Managing Partner and the Supervisory Partner in our Public Sector and Government Relations, Corporate Restructuring and Joint Venture. He studied law at the University of Abuja and was called to the Nigerian Bar over a decade ago. He obtained a Masters Degree in International Relations, Communications & Diplomacy at the Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

He has variously worked with law firms in United States of America and Nigeria. He was the Special Advisor, Office of the Governor of Kano State from 2014 till 2015. Prior to joining Greenbridge Partners, he founded and managed Barclays Chambers. He also served as Director, Legal Services, Green Forest, Nigeria and Intern, Wilson & Associates Law Firm, East St. Louis, Illinois, USA. Through the years, he has honed his lawyering skills and gained robust experience in complex international transactions, alternative dispute resolution, corporate governance, compliance, real estate, constitutional law and individual liberty.

He has considerable managerial and leadership capacity garnered through some years of starting and maintaining several philanthropic, Voluntary, Business and Political Organizations. In 2001 he was the CPC House of Representatives Candidate of Nassarawa Federal Constituency, Kano State. He is the founder of TEACH4NIGERIA.ORG, a voluntary organization where young people with privileged educational background volunteer to teach a certain subject for a certain number of hours in a nearby public school. He delivered the famous speech on behalf of young people in the winding down convention of Congress for Progressive Change on the 11th of May, 2013 in Abuja. He also led the TeamGMB Squad of Young People to the first ever Debate in the 2015 Elections on Channels TV viewed by an estimated 8 million Nigerians Live and on YouTube.

Ismaeel organized and chaired the First-Ever National Youth Diversity Conference which brought together youths, women, religious scholars, traditional rulers University Dons to speak about the numerous fault lines of Nigeria. He also organized and Chaired, Congress in Progress, a Conference which discussed the role of young people and party leaders from opposition to a position.

Ismaeel is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Leadership Institute, Arewa Emerging Leaders Forum, Youth Political Leaders Association of Nigeria, Pearl Grant Scholarship Scheme, ONE.Gov amongst others. He has attended workshops, seminars and professional conferences both locally and internationally.
