Wale is the Partner in charge of our Litigation and Company Secretarial Services. He is a 2001 law graduate of the prestigious University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. He graduated with a Distinction in MBA from the prestigious Coventry Business School, Coventry University, United Kingdom. This is in addition to his postgraduate degree of Master of Law (LL.M) at the University of Jos, Plateau State. He was the Managing Partner at DPC Attorneys and Solicitors before joining Greenbridge Partners.
He is a notary public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and has been involved in active commercial practice with particular interest in corporate practice and litigation as well as keen interest in international corporate governance and financial regulations.
He has participated in the conduct of due diligence for many institutions and corporate organizations. He participated actively in the recently concluded privatization exercise in Nigeria particularly in the areas of the drafting of leases\agreements in the scheme of BOT, PPP involving over several billions of naira. He also participated in the NITEL Pension Funds Liquidation exercise. He led the Legal Team that negotiated the US$13,000,000:00 Construction and Tourism-Link Relay Financing Facility in favour of a Client in Owerri, Imo State Nigeria through Afrexim Bank and Nigerian Export-Import Bank (NEXIM), 2012 and also played active role in advising AITEO Consortium on its efforts to acquire 6 Distribution Companies as part of the Nigerian Power Sector privatization exercise, 2011.
Mr. Balogun is also a Co-Founder and Director of Skills and Advocacy of Centre for Applied Policy and Social Advocacy (CAPSA), a not-for-profit organization providing pro-bono consultancy services to indigent Nigerians and developing series of policies and legal frames works that have culminated into draft bills in the Nigerian legislature.
He has attended many professional conferences both locally and internationally.
